Preorders may take up to 5 weeks.

Return Policy

All items are final sale due to hygiene reasons and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery in the event of a faulty product, or on a case-by-case basis.

Once your package has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. However, if an error occurs on our end during fulfillment, we will take full responsibility and make the necessary corrections.
